The site was a little confusing for me at first. It took more clicks than I expected to find what I needed, and checkout felt a bit messy. It did work in the end, so that was good, but the overall experience could be smoother.

I got my cooling shirt good it fits. It’s comfy for just walking around in, not too tight and not scratchy either. The sleeves on me are a little long, but it’s not a big deal really. I’d buy it again.

I bought this to use on really hot days, but the battery barely makes it through an hour, even after leaving it to charge overnight. It also takes forever to charge back up, which makes it frustrating to use. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I don’t think it’s worth it. A friend recommended I try one of these, so I was excited, but I’m disappointed.

I ordered from cool-off.com and I wasn’t totally sure how the size was going to work out because online sizing is usually kind of a gamble for me, but it actually came in close to what their chart said, which was a nice surprise and made the whole thing feel a lot less annoying than I expected.
The fit wasn’t absolutely perfect, it was maybe just a little looser than I thought it would be, but it’s still totally wearable and comfortable enough that I’d probably just order the same size again, so I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing info definitely helped, I just think it could be a little more exact

Support got back to me really fast and sorted out the issue. I’m not totally sure what they did, but it seems like everything’s working fine now.

I expected this to cool a lot better than it did. At first I thought it was helping a little, but after using it for a while, it pretty much felt the same as before. On top of that, the terms seemed to change, which was frustrating because that’s not what I thought I was agreeing to. Overall, it just wasn’t really worth it for me

My order showed up in a crushed box that was already half open, and the bottles were just rolling around inside with barely any padding. It felt like no one really bothered to make sure it would arrive safely. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from cool-off.com again.

I ordered this from cool-off.com i wasn’t expecting much in terms of noise. But once I set it up and let it run, I kind of forgot it was even on. I’ve had it going while watching TV and also while working, and it’s just this soft background hum that doesn’t get annoying at all. So far, I’m really happy with it. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

I sent the item back and the whole return process took way too long. The refund felt like it was stuck in limbo for ages, like checking my bank app every morning, refreshing my email, looking at the tracking, wondering if anyone had even looked at it. Support didn’t get back to me until I followed up twice, which was frustrating. I get that returns can take a bit, especially with processing, shipping, warehouse checks, bank delays, all that stuff, but this just felt unnecessarily slow.

The material is really nice, thick, soft, and super comfy. It actually reminded me of that warm, cozy feeling of putting on a favorite sweatshirt on a chilly day. Definitely better quality than I was expecting.

I’ve bought similar products before that held up better, so for the price, I was expecting a bit more. It’s not completely useless, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they improve the quality.
